1   How do I place an order?
You place an order by clicking the "order" button and enter all necessary details. You will within short receive an email with information how to proceed. Once we have received your payment we will setup your account.

Once the payment has been approved, the setup process takes 48-hours. The server will then go to an online status and you will receive an email notification with your IP and Password. You may then login to the server and begin setting it up.

2   What Methods of payment do you accept?
HostingFusion accepts Paypal, Moneybookers, Bank Wires.

3   Will HostingFusion move my domain to my new server for me?
You will be responsible for uploading your site to your server. You will update your DNS information yourself so they point to our nameservers..

4  What are your network connections?
HostingFusion is multi-homed network (using Cisco Networking Gear) with connections that range from DS3 to OC3 through Allegiance and SBC. The servers will be on a 10 MBPS connection by default.

5  Can I resell the space on my server?
Yes you may and this can be a very lucrative business. You are welcome to install whatever you like.
You may sell space on your server to different people who want to host their websites but do not need their own dedicated server. This is known as Shared or Virtual Hosting. You may charge whatever price you like since you are the host. These tools were designed to make your life much simpler as the single point administrator. This tool allows you to manage multiple domains very easily on a Linux Server. It also allows you to add new domains and mail accounts by simply pointing and clicking. It also gives you the ability to provide a control panel for your end users so they may do some light administration on their own sites.

6  Will HostingFusion monitor my server?
HostingFusion uses a ping monitoring system to ensure the servers are responding. In the event that a server does not respond our technicians are paged and will address the issue.

7  What is your policy on bandwidth?
We do not cap or restrict your bandwidth. Your traffic may burst to as much as your hosting plan provides.

8  How is bandwidth measured?
The bandwidth is metered and it is measured by polling the switch port for the server every 5 minutes to measure both the in and out bandwidth usage.

9  Will there be a statistics program installed on my server?
The Control Panel servers come with Webalyzer by default.

10  Will my server have a web-based control panel?
For our Red Hat Linux servers, we have a web-based interface called cPanel, see www.cpanel.net for online manuals and screenshots of this interface.

11  Can I create mail accounts on my server? What software is included for mail?
Servers will have software called Sendmail installed at no additional cost. You can create as many email accounts as you like and setup up auto-responders, forwarding, aliasing, and any other mail services you require using Sendmail.

12  What security measures are taken at HostingFusion?
HostingFusion takes security very seriously. Every precaution is taken to ensure that absolutely no one has access to your server other than our technical staff. We do not monitor content and do not release customer profiles or disseminate customer information.

13 Does HostingFusion offer Technical Support?
HostingFusion’s technical support is limited to the functioning of the server and the proper installation of the included software on the server.

14 Does HostingFusion allow adult based content?
HostingFusion does not allow any adult related sites on our network.
